Story: An ancient necromancer awakened by the ongoing conflict arises to spread his terror and steal the lifeforce of his foes to lengthen his own, liches are necromancers who have chosen to extend their lives beyond their own deaths, in order for liches to continue living (or unliving!), they must continually harvest the life essence of other beings.

Description: Rhagg is a Ranged Str hero with an attack range similar to thunderbringer or succubus, his abilities are very hp reliant, which is why his primary stat is strength, he needs hp to use his most powerful attack and later on when he gets late ranks of phylactery, he needs enough hp to survive the dot it gives to him.

rhagg is a strong nuker hero with alot of control over his own hp pool, with proper mana regeneration, he is capable of healing himself through lifetaps, when he gets his ultimate, he becomes almost unkillable by himself, making him a great tank hero with enough hp, he also offers healing power and support to his nearby allies.


skill 1: LifeTap; One of the first abilities necromancers learn is to drain life from another being, as a necromancer's life expires and they become a lich, this ability only becomes more powerful in order to fuel the soulless husks of their decaying bodies. 800 range, 10 sec recast.

rank 1: channeling drains 20 health per second over 6 seconds. if used on an enemy hero for 3 seconds, drains twice as much for the last 3, if used for a full duration, adds decrepify for 4 seconds, slowing them by 60%

rank 2: channeling drains 40 health per second over 6 seconds. if used on an enemy hero for 3 seconds, drains twice as much for the last 3, if used for a full duration, adds decrepify for 4 seconds, slowing them by 70%.

rank 3: channeling drains 60 health per second over 6 seconds. if used on an enemy hero for 3 seconds, drains twice as much for the last 3, if used for a full duration, adds decrepify for 4 seconds, slowing them by 80%.

rank 4: channeling drains 80 health per second over 6 seconds. if used on an enemy hero for 3 seconds, drains twice as much for the last 3, if used for a full duration, adds decrepify for 4 seconds, slowing them by 90%.


Lifetap: This is his lifeline, literally, his damage is based largely upon how much health he has to burn with lifeburn, he drains health from anything, but this skill's true power comes when he drains a hero, this is a 6 second max channeling spell, which means an enemy will have to be within 800 range for the spell to continue draining, if they walk out of it, it cancels, also, if he is stuned, it cancels, to make it more attractive vs. heros and encouraging players who play arch lich to complete the channel, as at the end will be a massive slow. at the halfway mark, the health drained is doubled on heros as well, allowing lich to tank heros who start attacking him mid channel a bit better.


Skill 2: Lifeburn; A Lich is capable of not only draining life but twisting it and turning it into a vile weapon. Lifeburn uses not only mana from the liches manapool, but health from his healthpool as well. 800 range then unlimited, 10 second recast.

Rank 1: Channeling; drains 20 health and 20 mana per second from the lich, deals 40 damage per second to the target enemies in the beams path which is locked to its target for a max of 7 seconds, there is unlimited range of this ability once it is cast. the target of this ability is revealed and cannot stealth.

Rank 2: Channeling; drains 40 health and 40 mana per second from the lich, deals 60 damage per second to the target and enemies in the beams path which is locked to its target for a max of 8 seconds, there is unlimited range of this ability once it is cast. the target of this ability is revealed and cannot stealth.

Rank 3: Channeling; drains 60 health and 60 mana per second from the lich, deals 80 damage per second to the target and enemies in the beams path which is locked to its target for a max of 9 seconds, there is unlimited range of this ability once it is cast. the target of this ability is revealed and cannot stealth.

Rank 4: Channeling; drains 80 health and 80 mana per second from the lich, deals 100 damage per second to the target and enemies in the beams path which is locked to its target for a max of 10 seconds, there is unlimited range of this ability once it is cast. the target of this ability is revealed and cannot stealth.



Lifeburn: Like Lifetap, lifeburn is a channeling spell, meaning it can be canceled at any time or interuptted at any time, the differance between lifetap and lifeburn is that lifeburn his unlimited range once it is cast, no matter how far an enemy runs, they wont stop taking damage until the channel is over. lifeburn has an alternate functionality in that it has a beam effect which damages anything it touches as well, meaning if an enemy with lifeburn on them is running away, if an enemy hero is between them and the lich, they will also take the damage, lifeburn is a powerful spell because it takes both health and mana, by the end of its channel it will have dont 800 mana and hp damage to the lich and 1000 damage to its target, but that is of course assuming the lich has both the health and mana to complete 10 seconds of channel, this can be interupted as well like any channeled spell can.


Skill 3: Lifeforce Link: the mere presense of a decaying arch lich on the battlefield is a disturbing presense, his lifeforce links to anyone close to him and as that force is disturbed it effects everyone around him in strange and deadly ways. passive.

Rank 1: for every 10% of his HP that he loses, enemies within 2000 range will lose 2% of their current hp and be snared for 1 second, for every 10% of his Hp that he gains allies are healed for 2% of their max hp and with gain a 5% boost to their movement speed for 1 second. this ability has a .5 second cooldown.

Rank 2: for every 10% of his HP that he loses, enemies within 2000 range will lose 4% of their current hp and be snared 20% for 1 second, for every 10% of his Hp that he gains allies are healed for 3% of their max hp and with gain a 10% boost to their movement speed for 1 second. this ability has a .5 second cooldown.

Rank 3: for every 10% of his HP that he loses, enemies within 2000 range will lose 6% of their current hp and be snared 30% for 1 second, for every 10% of his Hp that he gains allies are healed for 4% of their max hp and with gain a 15% boost to their movement speed for 1 second. this ability has a .5 second cooldown.

Rank 4: for every 10% of his HP that he loses, enemies within 2000 range will lose 8% of their current hp and be snared 40% for 1 second, for every 10% of his Hp that he gains allies are healed for 5% of their max hp and with gain a 20% boost to their movement speed for 1 second. this ability has a .5 second cooldown.


Lifeforce Link: This skill is designed to work best when used passively with lifetap and lifeburn, as the lich gains and loses hp, it effects all of the heros with 2000 range, for instance, if the lich is casting lifeburn on a target and losing 10% hp per second due to the health cost, he is also procing this effect on the hero he is casting lifeburn on as well as any other enemy hero in range, while if he was casting lifetap instead, he would be healing and giving a speed boost to his allies.


Skill 4 Ultimate; Phylactery; The Lich traps the Lichforce of Fallen Enemies in his phylactery, at any time, the lich can break his phylactery, releasing the energy inside to cast a powerful lifetap on a single enemy. The Phylacteries Aura Also permenently damages fallen foes health pools. 120 second recast. charges reset on death.

Rank 1: 2000 aura range, every time an enemy dies within range 1 charge is added to phylactery, the enemy also permenantly loses 5 max hp.

Base Damage of Lifetap nuke; 250 magic, + 50 magic damage per charge, max 5 charges. half of damage dealt heals the arch lich.

Rank 3: 6000 aura range, every time an enemy dies within range 1 charge is added to phylactery, the enemy also permenantly loses 15 max hp.

Base Damage of Lifetap nuke; 450 magic, + 70 magic damage per charge, max 15 charges. half of damage dealt heals the arch lich.

Staff of the Master effect: +2 Charges added per death // +5 max charges // +10 magic damage per charge. recast reduced to 100 seconds.

Phylactery: Revamped 3/19/10: This Ability Draws specifically from the deaths of enemies, without those deaths, this ability is a simple nuke with a lifetap component, but with those deaths, the arch life can deal devastating damage as well as quickly restore his health pool, this ability is in the same line of the other AR abilities which manipulate his health, but it also causes permenant damage to enemies healthpools when they die, causing battles to become easier and allows the liches team to start to landslide towards victory. The charges stored will reset when the lich dies, meaning he will become a prime target during a big fight.

Staff of the master is very useful as it adds 2 charges instead of 1 per kill, increases the damage per charge and reduces the reuse.
