Necklace of Conversion
When activated, converts 250 health into 250 mana.
Passive Bonuses
+5 Health Regeneration
+150% Mana Regeneration
+250 Max Health
+200 Max Mana
Activation
Health: 250
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Instantly converts 250 health into 250 mana.
Notes:
-The activation of Conversion requires at least 250 health to use, you can't activate it otherwise.
-Activating Conversion for example with 900/1000 mana will still remove 250health and only supply you with 100 mana.
-Health lost is in true damage, it can't be reduced. Therefore preventing denying.

Like the concept, not sure about the numbers. 15 health regen seems a bit high. Very interesting though, T-UP

The activation part is really interesting. But the 15 hp/s is a bit over the top if you ask me. It is an early game item that can be assembled at the side shop for an enormous boost. +10 dam, +5% lifesteal and 5 hp/s for free is a bit too much.
I could see how I would get this on jereziah. Skip ring of the master or nomes and go for this. Use lifetap and then use the heal. Make sure it is a life loss instead of magic damage otherwise jere would become even better with this (or swift for example) since they can become magic immune and wouldn't take any damage.
Pretty much the same concept as the new Soul Ring in DotA with 150 HP transfered into mana. What bothers me in your recipe is that we don't know where the mana and the damage parts come from.

True, I wasn't too sure about the numbers but thought I'd get a few suggestions first, I'll lower it a bit, your right, it is pretty high atm.

Hmm that would be interesting, though denying should not be possible with that. And just true damage so you can't mitigate it.
And maybe tweak the numbers a bit, nothing more.
Nice concept.

I think it needs a bit of tweaking but I like this idea for strength heroes that dont really have any mana. Very smart idea!

I voted Yes ,even if I Think it's unbalanced to my mind , but I like the concept...
I hope you will tweak it to create a cool item.

I would say switch one lifetube for a manatube to solve that one. But i vote yes for this. Awesome idea, although it could use some tweaking.

Changed around a few of the stats, hopefuly it makes a little more sense now. The stats aren't final, it's more about the concept of converting health into mana. Just trying a few different things to see what you guys think.
