Removing an hero from your team should be a decision of your team, not your team And the enemy team. If your team thinks there's a benefit to removing a player then naturaly, by the same logic the other team probably figures it's better to keep him in.

This is where good sportsmanship comes into play but frankly due to K;D ratio and psr those things aren't common sights in most pubs.

It's not a very common situation but this is the third game in about 150 I've been griefed by the other team, the situation was typical, one clueless/intentional feeder getting killed by enemy tower twice while autoattacking creeps within 3minutes of the game. Atleast let me see who votes no so I can ban them too. My ad hoc solution is to save my disconnects for situations like this but it's not very optimal for me OR the other people in my team so there should be a better way.

I agree with this. The opinion on whether a player deserves a kick or not, totally differs from the 2 teams. Why would you ever want to get rid of a feeder on the opponents team, if you're trying to get your psr and K:D ratio up? If you're looking for good games, clearly you'd like to get rid of him, but let's not fool ourselves with the opinion of the masses.

I think it should be teamdecided, not global decided.

The team of the one initiating the vote plus the team of the one the vote is about should be able to vote, while the person that the vote is about is not able to vote.

As long as those can be the same I think we're in agreement.

so
if you read the example it could be an intentional griefer that you have no means of kicking because the other team won't vote for it.

In which case the other teams agenda is STILL the oposite of yours.

It's ok to be new, that's not what this is about, at all. I've never kicked someone in either dota or HoN that showed even the slightest indication he was concerned getting better instead of doing the same misstake 10 times in a row and ruining a game. (aka don't push that far, heal yourself instead of using it as a nuke, get boots, stay with atleast one team mate, stop silencing me etc etc etc).

Obviously. If Player A belongs to Team a and Player B, who does also, votes for him to get kicked, then the team voting for the kick is a and the team belonging to the player in question is team a as well.

or: you can only vote to kick someone on your own team, but it still requires the other team to agree, though maybe it shouldnt

Votekicks should be exactly like concedes. You can only votekick somebody on your OWN team, and only YOUR team gets to vote.

I agree, strictly the players teammates should be able to vote.
