1. There should be a 'Ready' button next to each player in the game lobby, where teams are being arranged.
2. The game can only be started if all players have clicked Ready.
3. All players are automatically un-readied if the teams are changed (either by autobalance, the host moving players, or players moving themselves).
This will prevent/identify AFKers in the lobby (currently you only find out someone went AFK after you've already started the game and are on the Hero selection screen, leaving starting and then Remaking as your only option). It will also prevent games starting with teams that are not mutually agreeable to all players (either deliberate or accidental un-balancing).
