(rudimentary) Story: A massive showfighter, confident in his abilities and the superiority of his wrestling style even in the field of armed combat, joins the Legion to prove that he is truly the World Champion, both in the ring and on the battlefield.

Running Lariat

The Avalanche dashes in with his arm outstretched, ramming it into the first enemy he runs into.

Type: Physical
Range: 600/800/1000/1200
Mana Cost: 75/100/125/150
Cooldown: 14/12/10/8 Seconds

Activation: Charges to target location, dealing 125/200/275/350 physical damage to the first enemy unit he makes contact with, and stunning it for 0.1 seconds. Charges through the first enemy met and ends charge on the other side of that enemy.


Irish Whip

The Avalanche grabs hold of an enemy and flings him backwards, forcing him to run in a certain direction.

Type: Physical
Range: 250
Mana Cost: 70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 25/22/19/16 Seconds

Activation: Throws target unit in the direction behind the wrestler and forces him to run in that direction, unable to cast or attack for 1/1.66/2.33/3 seconds.


Heart of the Champion
The avalanche never stops in the face of danger, and becomes more confident in his wrestling style as it continues to work on his opponents.

Passive:

The Avalanche gains one Heart charge whenever he uses an ability. Charges absorb 75% of damage dealt to him. Charges dissipate after 7 seconds, or when they have absorbed damage equal to 4/8/12/16% of his maximum health. Maximum of three charges.


Pin

The Avalanche holds the opponent to the ground for three seconds, signalling his dominance over an opponent, and allowing him to deliver a fatal blow.

Target hero is rooted to the ground and silenced (but can still attack) for the duration of the channeling time. If all 3 seconds of the channel continue uninterrupted, the targeted hero is instantly killed. Channel is interrupted if The Avalanche loses 30/45/60% of his life during the course of the channel.

Range: 125

Cooldown: 90/75/60
Mana Cost: 150/200/250
Channeling time: 3 seconds.
Staff of the Master: Targeted hero is stunned. Reduce cooldown by 20 seconds.

Recommended items include: Bracer, Homecoming Stone, Plated Greaves, Ring of Sorcery, Helm of the Black Legion, Shrunken Head, Behemoth's Heart, and anything else that you can think of! I tried to make him have some obvious synergies, but take at least some measure of skill to play (aiming clotheslines, knowing who, when, and where to try and pin, etc.) Conceptually I like him, though I'm more than open to balance suggestions that tweak the numbers on the various abilities.


(also, I'm imagining Pin actually having a sound effect of the hero actually loudly yelling "ONE, TWO, THREE", and then a bell ringing if a dude dies from it. Is that too wacky?)
