Sometimes Skills wont work?

Hello,

I dont know if anyone had this before (Standard starting line :) ) But sometimes during game play in the middle of the fight, i tend to use a Skill lets say Stun for an example let it be "Q" shortcut , and i see i have the mana , i am not silenced in any way no negative buffs on me n stuff ... Skill are bright as day to be cast ... Then i press Q . and press again ... and wtf again ? Nothing appears .. no targeting crossair at all .... I try diff skill ... same thing wont give me the target icon .. Its like being silenced but ur not ... So i have to press esc ... and enter and few things like that to have the options ,

*NOTE* Non of Active side popup windows liek chat or options were on , if they were on , id seen them , second of all my screen would be faded and blurried as you know .... So pretty much its rare but it happens .. Anyone had the same problem ?

This does happen, and it happens without the shop being opened or being in the chat window. The only way I've been able to get it to work again is to hit enter to initialize the chat window and hit enter again to close it. Then the keys work again.

Press enter 3 times; I've had this happen a few times, it's as if the chat window is opened but not displayed.

Not been able to pin it down any more then that :(

ive seenhotkeys stop working acouple times, and manually clicking the skill button once seemed to fix it from then on

this is a known bug but no one has been able to figure out what causes it. clicking on the ability will re-enable the hot keys.
if you can figure out what you're doing to cause the hot keys to stop send the info to the devs.

its clearly some sort of key combination that breaks it i think.

Now you mention it this used to happen to me, but I thought it was just because I was silenced/stunned without knowing. Haven't seen it in awhile though.
