Heya,
i got a, at least in my opinion, pretty decent suggestion for the concede system. I guess everyone knows those shitty games where the oponents concede after the first clash cause they lost it, eventhough they got the better end game lineup and the match definatly aint finished.
But hey, statswhoring here i go!
However, what about implementing an option for the host to disable the concede feature before the match or/and adding the ability of the host to decide the time which had to be played before a team can start to concede (15/30/45 minutes).

Best regards!

opens a bigger kettle of fish i have been in games where you have a noob feeder in a lane feeding there late game hero and there already owning everyone by level 8 if i couldn't concede that game for 45 min i would just sit in the fountain and wait rather than have my K/D/A get smashed over a noob moron in a lane.

do conceded games count as a loss in stats?

Yes conceded games count as losses, and this idea sounds sick, of course it would have to be on display in the game information window but this is an excellent idea.

please view my idea on a new PSR system:

Possibly make it so at least 1 player on the opposing team (or spectators/refs or whatever) has to accept the concede? Most of the times when a team decides to concede, I can understand and would accept it, but there are times when teams concede just because they died in a team battle, but are not actually losing the game and other random stuff like that.

Best idea so far.

But I'm also for the host being able to disable/tweak it. The more options, the better. Don't like not being able to concede (or concede without consent of the other team)? Dont join that game.

Yup, add to the fact that people give up easily and whine about people not accepting.

I have never seen a concede after the first team clash, and I've played some very stacked games. That's not to say some people haven't tried to concede, but the vote never passed.

I think you guys are over exaggerating on how quickly people concede.

Nope, I've played plenty of games where the other team conceded at 17 min.

I agree micHiiii. I've had many games that were barely started when the other team conceded or my team kept requesting the concede.

Unfortunately this is tied up with greater issues that until they are resolved really make the current concede necessary. 1) Kick rules. 2) Stat-farmers.

1)The kick option needs to be voted on only by players on the "kickee's" team. Intentional feeders/gamekillers are hardy ever kicked because the opposing team's vote is required. That person is helping their cause and it is the rare team indeed that is more interested in a good game than a win.
2)As long as there are stat-farmers out there, who instead of pushing...at all...just play for kills, concede needs to be available. Making Wins and Losses the priority in the game would fix this, but I think the only way it's going to be solved is if k/d/a, etc are used behind the scenes for matchmaking and the only visible stat you have online is W/L. This is a bummer because lifetime stats are fun to have.
Maybe a specific frag match mode for those who want to play that way? No tree or throne to kill?
