Total overpowered...makes nuke ultimates with long cooldown useless...this simple item will be a pain in the ass for pyro, witchslayer, deadwood...they cast it on you, you just do timetravel and undo with that like 900 - 1200 damage, wtf? And also you got the evasion what is good vs. carrys without savage and you restore mana for every evade?, sorry, but give this item a tank like armadan, pharao or legio and he will rock every game cause of massive mana restouration and time travel...
