I am bored and yeah i am a big fan of dbz


Story- An alien warrior who crash landed on Newerth many years ago and who now goes by the name of Xenu(lol) has come to the fight for Newerth. Although he looks human he has powerful psychic and physical capabilities. Pure of heart, he has come to fight on the side of the legion (lame i know).

He's sort of an intellect, strength, agility hybrid

Ability 1
Ki Blast- Xenu gathers energy and fires a powerful beam of energy at the enemy, any enemies caught in the line will be pushed back.
Type: Magic
Manacost: 130/120/110/100
Damage: 125/175/250/325
Cooldown: 40/35/30/25

Has a 0.5 charge time

Ability 2 (See below for alternative ability 2)
Ki explosive wave- Xenu gathers in his energy, then releasing it with devastating power to all enemies around him. The longer he charges the more powerful the wave is.
Radius: 100-600 (100 range at 0 charge, 600 at max)
Type: Magic
Manacost: 50 to use, costs an additional 50 mana for each second charged. Can be charged up for 6 seconds.
Damage: Fluctuates depending on how close the enemy is to the centre. Damage dealt with rank 4 with 6 second charge in dead centre will deal 1000 damage.
Cooldown: 20 at all levels
Knockback effect- The wave pushes enemies caught in the explosion away

Comment- i should make the charge indefinite lawl, making the damage scale in the thousands.

Ability 2 (Alternative)

Teleportation- Xenu travels as a ball of light. teleporting to any location on the map.

Cast time- 3 seconds at all levels
Cooldown- 60/50/40/30
Manacost- 200/175/150/100

Ability 3
Intensive Training- Training under intense weights has caused Xenu to become faster, stronger and gain more mana.

AS % increase- 5/10/15/20
MS % increase- 5/10/15/20
Dmg increase- 10/15/20/25
Mana increase- 50/100/150/200

Rank 4 makes the explosive wave only needed to be charged for 5 seconds yet retaining the power of a 6 second charge. Also increases it's range by 100 (too op?)

Ability 4-

Meteor Combination- Xenu teleports at the enemy, bashing them with a flurry of attack, finishing them off with a wounding punch, Xenu then flies overhead and fires a powerful beam at the enemy. All those caught within the blast will take damage. Friend or Foe. Target is stunned for duration of attack. Target can be hurt during the attack from outside forces.

Type- Physical and Magic (finisher) (channelling)
Range need to initiate attack- 450
Duration- 3 seconds of punching, the explosive ki blast stuns the target for an additioned 2 seconds
Manacost- 200/250/325
Damage- Physical Damage- 175/275/350. Magic- 200/300/400 (targeted hero, cannot regenerate health for duration of attack)
Radius of explosion- 300
Cooldown- 110/100/90

Can be increased with staff of the master
Increasing both physical and magic by 100 at each level.

Damn, i just realized that his first ability is very similar to gust. Ill remove the knockback then
