:VoidTalisman: (1500) + :SnakeBracelet: (1800) + :MajorTotem: (540) = Talisman of the Serpent (3840)
Grants:
+15 All Stats
Passively renders the wearer invisible whenever there are no enemy units within a 300 radius. (Replaces evasion) Invisibility does not break from auto attacking or spellcasting.
Activated effect: Purges all debuffs from you and applies physical immunity/disarmed for 4 seconds.
Useful for: Roamers / Gankers, good core item for :wret::tort::thun::witc::dead::succ:
Expensive, gives decent stats, but hopefully is balanced for cost. Let me know what you think / give feedback!

Let me get this straight.. You are invisible all the time until you are 300 units from a enemy player? and does not break from using spells..
This is way too overpowered for a such a low cost like that, i mean imagine pyromancer with this item, you go around the back just staying not too close to the enemy players, you can cast spells at them and they cant know were you are.. GG
I personally think this item would need a recipe (dont know the price) and that the invisibility would be able to break when casting spells and attacking! And what is the fade time?

300 radius from any enemy unit is actually a fairly reasonable distance. The idea would be to basically passively improve your chances of juking away. Still, 300 might be too tight a radius - you could increase it up a bit (maybe 400?) while retaining the feel of the item. And yes, it is supposed to be for heroes that want to stay out of sight until they are on top of you -it's an initiation style item with a passive that allows you to break away and disappear easily. But a pyromancer who cast anything except for his stun would be very easy to spot even if he was invisible - there'd be this trail of fire leading right to him. Invisibility really isn't all that strong except in low-skill games, because people carry wards and dust, and you don't even need that to defeat this item since all you need to do is move towards the source of the spells/attacks to find the hero. The only time the invis would be helping you while actually IN combat is if you're a ranged character fighting another ranged character at range - you could shoot at them and they couldn't shoot at you.
This item really isn't cheap, either, it's comparing against
:Portalkey: (2150) Much better in initiation and escaping for cheaper, but less stats.
:AssassinShroud: (900 + 1400 + 1100 = 3400) Slightly cheaper, gives huge damage bonus, backstab, and low cooldown toggle on haste/invis. Aimed more towards an agi carry than an int nuker hero, but this is the role Talisman is trying to fill - assassin's shroud for the int hero.
:Puzzlebox: Level 2 is 3450, level 3 is 4450. This item gives better stats, and a much much better activated ability (all units around you are revealed, fast movespeed aura, units have manaburn and do great damage) and is only slightly more expensive.
