Speed: 280
Range: Melee
Base Damage: 46 - 50
Primary Stat: STRENGTH (derp)

Strength: 23 + 3 (something high)
Agility: 15 + 1.2 (something medium-low)
Intelligence: 17 + 2.1 (something medium-low)

Babel is a little hard to categorize. I want him to be like a little tank: normal-sized, but fast, agile, and hard-hitting. You could say he's a ganker because of his speed, but he really doesn't do much damage. You could say he's a disabler because of his AoE ministuns and slows, but none of them are really full disables. The best archetype is probably initiator, but he doesn't so much lock down the other team as he does spread them out and send them running.
Babel is a strange hybrid of ganker/roamer that favors speed over damage, always in the thick of the fight, always in enemies' faces, always a thorn in the side of what should have been a carefully executed teamfight. This role of Fight Disruptor is unique to both HoN and DotA.

Skills

Parkour
Spell type: Active/Passive
Target: Self
Mana cost: 25
Cooldown: 12/10/8/6 per charge
Availability: Grayed out until Babel has been moving for at least 2 seconds or if Babel stops moving for any reason.

On Activation: Babel leaps forward 350 units, passing over cliffs, trees, units, Heroes, or anything else in his way.
ddddddddddddEach use of this ability consumes 1 charge. 1/1/2/2 charges max.
Passive effects: Babel gains 3/6/9/12 movement speed per second as long as he is moving. If he stops moving for any reason, his movement speed is reset. Cap of 400/440/480/522.
Note: The charges mentioned are identical to the charges on Slither's wards, or Pandamonium's Flurry. He should jump forward at the same speed he's currently moving, so maybe this could simply be coded as a everything-walking state for 350 units. Turning is disabled while in this state. Has a Disjoint.
Interesting side effect: The passive gain of speed allows Babel to gradually "outrun" slows.

Impact
Spell type: Active
Target: Ground, current location
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 4 seconds

On activation: Without breaking stride, Babel punches his fists together, creating a shockwave in a 150/180/220/250 radius around his current location. Enemy units in that radius are ministunned, take 50/65/80/95 Magic damage, and have their turn speed reduced by half for 4 seconds.
Note: "Without breaking stride" means that the spell is instant-cast and doesn't stop Babel's movement.

Checkdash
Spell type: Active
Target: Enemy Heroes, non-targeted
Mana Cost: 40
Cooldown: 3 seconds
Availability: Spell is grayed out until Babel has been moving for 2 seconds. Remains available up to 1 second after Babel stops moving.

On Activation: Babel quickly charges forward 350 units, after which his movement speed increases by 20/30/40/50 for 1 second or until he stops moving. Any enemy hero he encounters while Checkdashing is pushed aside, dealt 50/70/90/110 Physical damage, and slowed by 30/40/50/60%, recovering back to full speed over 2 seconds.
Note: The 1 second bonus movement speed buff is basically a window of time in which you can start running again after a quick autoattack and maintain some speed. Also, like Impact, use of this spell while running will not stop Babel's movement.

Bludgeon Toss (ultimate)
Spell type: Active
Target: Ground
Mana cost: 60/90/120
Cooldown: 70/55/40

On Activation: Babel leaps into the air for 1.1 seconds, landing some distance away. Upon landing, the impact creates a large shockwave that does 120/190/260 + (movement speed / 4) Physical damage to all enemy units in a 400 radius and pushes them away from the point of impact.
Note: The distance traveled during Bludgeon Toss is determined by how fast Babel was moving when he jumped. For example, if he was running at 522, the max speed, he would fly farther than if he had been running at 420. If Babel is not moving when he uses this spell, he will simply channel for 1.1 seconds before slamming the ground to the same effect, but with no bonus damage.

Option: Add an autocast (right-click toggle) somewhere that enables vector movement - that is, when you right-click to move somewhere, you specify a movement direction rather than an ending position. Babel would continue to run in that direction until you specified another direction or turned the toggle off. This would help people playing him not have to right-click spam all the time.

Synergies
Teamfights:
Open with Bludgeon Toss. Build speed and do damage through Checkdash while also ministunning and causing general havoc with Impact. Dodge stuns with Parkour. If things get hairy, find a cliff and Parkour out.
Lone Enemy Hero?
Parkour in, Checkdash, Impact, Parkour out before he can click his stun on you. Rinse and repeat.

I really welcome feedback, constructive of course. Keep in mind that the damage of his ult and other abilities is intentionally low since Parkour shoots his mobility through the roof. Or hey, just comment to say good job and justify my existence! Thanks for reading!
