General
Cinder is ganking, initiating hero who spreads fire and accumulates damage the longer he stays in combat.

Story:
"The result of an overzealous experiment by the Flame-touched, Cinder was once merely a common trader. Not only does he use his newfound power to incinerate the Hellbourne, but also to fight for respect amongst the aloft devotees of Sol."

Skills

Flame Burst

Cinder fires two comets of flame into the air which seek out the two nearest enemy heroes and explode onto them, burning them. These comets leave trails which Cinder can use as transport to reach his targets.

[1] 100 damage, 1 target. Adds 3 charges of Flame. Creates a comet trail on the location it landed, granting vision for 4 seconds.
[2] 125 damage, 1 target. Adds 3 charges of Flame. Creates a comet trail on the location it landed, granting vision for 4 seconds.
[3] 175 damage, 2 targets. Adds 3 charges of Flame. Creates comet trails on the location(s) it landed, granting vision for 4 seconds.
[4] 225 damage, 2 targets. Adds 4 charges of Flame. Creates comet trails on the location(s) it landed, granting vision for 4 seconds.
Mana Cost: 90/110/130/150
Cooldown: 11 seconds.
Range: 1300
Secondary Spell: Comet's Trail
Teleport to target location

- This spell will target 2 heroes within 1300 range (requires vision or Burning Sense detection) and nuke them, dealing damage and leaving behind a comet trail. For the next 4 seconds after cast, clicking Flame burst and selecting the ground near a comet trail will teleport Cinder to it.
- This is his primary initiation and ganking spell, it has a very high range and makes him very mobile.

Pyrotechnics

Cinder's attunement to fire allows him to burn his opponents whenever he deals damage with his spells or melee attacks, and gives him the ability to detect burning targets based on the degree of heat.

[1] Each charge of Flame deals 1 damage/sec and slows movement speed by 2%. Maximum of 6 charges. Grants Cinder 'Burning Sense'.
[2] Each charge of Flame deals 2 damage/sec and slows movement speed by 3%. Maximum of 7 charges. Grants Cinder 'Burning Sense'.
[3] Each charge of Flame deals 3 damage/sec and slows movement speed by 3%. Maximum of 8 charges. Grants Cinder 'Burning Sense'.
[4] Each charge of Flame deals 4 damage/sec and slows movement speed by 3%. Maximum of 9 charges. Grants Cinder 'Burning Sense'.
Passive
Duration: Charges of flame are reduced by one every 2 seconds.
Burning Sense Effects:
- Grants detection of any target if they are within #Charges x 100/130/160/200 range.
- Grants detection of the flame patches left by 'Burnination'.

- This is his chasing/anti-juking passive. The more charges the further away the target can be seen and the more they are slowed.
- As the heat (#charges) dies down on an enemy hero it becomes harder and harder for Cinder to detect them.
- Flame burst is able to target heroes detected by Burning Sense.
- Debuff removal abilities (e.g. :arac: Harden Carapace) can effectively counter Burning Sense.

Immolation

Cinder turns up the heat for a brief period of time, damaging and burning anything he touches. The heat is intense enough to repel magical attacks.

[1] Deals 25 magical damage every second to units around him. Grants +3 magical armor.
[1] Deals 45 magical damage every second to units around him. Grants +4 magical armor.
[3] Deals 65 magical damage every second to units around him. Grants +5 magical armor.
[4] Deals 85 magical damage every second to units around him. Grants +6 magical armor.
Mana Cost: 70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 13 seconds.
Duration: Lasts for 9 seconds.
Radius: 250

- Every tick of Immolation puts a charge of Flame on damaged enemy units.
- This is his bread and butter damage dealing ability.

Ultimate: Burnination! (He's no dragon-man)

Cinder creates a wildfire under the target enemy hero, creating flame patches under them. Each flame patch deals its own damage and stacks with other flame patches and the target must move or be killed.

[1] Creates a flame patch every second under the enemy hero.
[2] Creates a flame patch every second under the enemy hero.
[3] Creates a flame patch every second under the enemy hero.
Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds.
Duration: 7 seconds.
Range: 650
Mana: 100/150/200.
Debuff: Burnination
Spawning Flame Patches
Each Flame Patch deals 40/60/80 damage per second to targets standing on them and lasts for 9 seconds each.

- If a target fails to move, he effectively creates an area of death under him. By constantly moving he spreads out the flame and minimizes damage to himself.
- Flame Patches add Charges of Flame.

Playstyle
- Flame Burst and Pyrotechnics are chasing tools; the ability to flame burst burning targets in the fog allows Cinder to counter jukers and escape heroes.
- Burnination is another great anti-juking tool as it will stack up Flame charges (to enable Burning Sense) and also leave a trail of fire where they moved.
(Protip: Blinking into the forest is NOT a good idea when you have burnination on you!)
- Burnination forces targets to make a choice, either defensively or offensively but they MUST move, and the fact that they leave a zone of death makes them think twice about where they are running so they don't hurt their allies.
- His Immolation needs him to keep close range of the target to stack up charges of Flame.
- Cinder works best with disabling heroes (:elec::witc::glac:) allowing him to stack up his damaging effects.

Sample Skill Builds
- For a roaming/nuking type style, Max Flame Burst with a point in Pyrotechnics, max Immolation second and ultimate whenever possible.
- For a tanking/melee chasing type style, 1 point in Flame Burst, 1 point in Pyrotechnics, and max Immolation first. Ultimate whenever possible.

- lowered str gain, lowered armor, reduced damage of spells across the board. rebalanced pyrotechnics to 9 charges instead of 7.
- minor explanation changes, rebalanced damage of a number of spells. Pyrotechnics reworked; the charges expire slowly over time rather than all at once.
