"Tower Kill"

1.Can someone tell how this ******* **** works?
Today, i played 2 games where tower stold my frags(=gold).
I took like 20% and 40% of hp my victims and tower did last hit, ofc i was without cute frag which shall be mine. That was about the first game.
In Secound game i ran after Blood Hunter, he silenced me one time (i had full hp) and his towers did rest. Guess who get frag? Ofc Blood Hunter did, he didn't took 1% of my hp and he get an frag...
So if someone can tell me how this **** works i'll be thankful.

2. Btw. do you think this **** shall be removed or not?

It's called "selective perception" and integral feature of the game. It cannot be removed.
