Queuing with Magmus + Portal Key also means that you are sure not to lose a single wave of your Ult.

I used queues with both electrician and polly yesterday. Always do. Polly is a pretty good magebane counter: 4.75s magical binding + 3.5 sec morph. No delay between them for mb to blink away.

We're all about lvl 6 in this case. Devourer's partner is no where to be found (found later lego was jungling) Pharaoh ends up trying holding him in mummies, I cant do much to help because my mana is out. Because pharaoh forgot he didnt hellfire and well... Devourer did what he does best, Got the kill and I had to run because I would be next but OH WAIT lego comes out from jungle to taunt and rape me as a couple.

someone explained it to me quite simply

Chronos used to heal all the damage done to him back instantly, that is what rewind did. So basically if he got hit for 500 damage (him having 2000hp total) it would get healed back instantly if rewind occured.

So now, if he got hit for 500 and rewind occured, it would take him a whole second to get his health back (500) from the damage that was taken, So he would be on 1500 ~ 2000 hp for a second. Therefore this was a nerf on the current skill.
