Stolen from the battle field, Cannoneer's cannon has been strapped to his back since he can remember. His only goal, to inflict as much pain to his enemies as possible, he has a lust for blood and gold and thrives off of them both.

Spells

Ability 1 : Knee Shot

Cannoneer quickly aims his cannon at his opponents knee's and fires. Inflicts 20/30/40/50 bonus physical damage and has a .1 sec ministun. Also slows the target for 3 seconds starting at a 100% slow and decreasing to 0% slow over the 3 seconds. Slow reduction starts as soon as mini stun is finished.

Ability 2: Hurry up!

Cannoneer musters all his energy and sprints. Sprint lasts 10 seconds and increases move speed by 10/20/30/40%. After Hurry up has worn off Cannonner's movement speed is reduced is reduced by 30% for 4 seconds.

Ability 3: Lust for War

Passive

Cannoneer's lust for war causes him to benefit more from killing creeps, heroes and structures.

Increases gold gained from creeps/heroes/structures by 1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 times the normal gain.

Ability 4 (Ultimate): Falcon Shot

Cannoneer winds up for a much bigger and stronger shot. The shot is so big that once it fires it deals massive damage in an area of affect radius and launches the cannonner back dealing 400/550/700 physical damage to the primary target and 200/275/350 physical damage to anyone in the radius. Stuns all enemy units in the radius for 1 second.

Cast time 3 Seconds, Cannonner can move while casting.
Movement speed reduced by 60/50/40% while casting.

While casting Cannoneer can face any direction, bust must be looking at the target at cast completion or the shot will not fire at the enemy. However the kick back will still go through.
After cast Cannoneer is thrown in the opposite direction he was facing when the cast was completed. Throw distance = 400

Sceptre Upgradable With sceptre increases area of effect to 600, lowers cooldown to 45 seconds and reduces cast time to 2 seconds.

Role

Cannoneer is a ranged Ganker/Initiate hero. He can soft carry but his low stat gains make him more of a support ganking hero. His lust for war ability allows for him to roam and gank a lot more while not having to worry as much about farming a whole lot so he can easily stay viable into late game.

His Speed up ability syngergizes well with his ultimate as he can use that to increase his speed making it easier to stay in range with his ultimate. And also be facing the right direction.

His first ability has enough of a cooldown to make it a decent haraassing tool but not a last hitting tool. Also allows for a good amount of chasing before or after an ultimate making him even more viable as a gank hero.
