Borderless Maximized

I would like an option to run the game in a borderless maximized mode (see source's -noborder option and WoW's "windowed maximized" modes), where the game is run in a window (not fullscreen), but does not have a window border which still allows it to take up the entire screen.

Since I have two monitors, this allows me to quickly interact with something on the other monitor without having to wait for my system to alt-tab while still maintaining the appearance of a full screen game on the main screen.

Un-check 'exclusive mode' in your video options and ta-da, you borderless + fullscreen + no-waiting-for-alt-tabs.

One also needs to uncheck "constrain mouse" under controls, but yes, this does exactly what I wanted. Thanks!
