Hungry spirit (900) + 2x ultimate orbs (4200) + 2x gloves of haste (1000) + recipe (900) = Breath of the Dying (7000)

Poison nova (passive)
50% poison nova when killing an enemy
Poison nova is like slithers ult only with smaller range and much smaller damage. 50% of the time when any enemy is killed a nova of poison will spread from that enemy during it's dying animation. The nova will spread over a 1000 range aoe. Any unit hit by the nova will take 10 clicks of 20 poison damage over 2 seconds. (Getting hit with another poison nova while affected starts the 5 tick count over, or should it stack?)
