Stats:
+250 HP
+10 to all stats
+5 hp/sec
Passive:
Your spells do an additional (K+A)/2% damage but cost (K+A)/2% more mana to cost.
OR
Your spells cooldown is decreased by just (K+A)/2% or (K+A-D)%
Note: this cannot make your damage decrease or your CD take longer.
Purpose:
An item that rewards players that have been participating in teamfights all game but doesnt need to be rushed to be most effective. Unlike sac stone deaths have a very small effect on it so it doesnt promote players running away from the fight to preserve precious charges, as staying and getting 1 more assits cancels out your potential death. This is just an idea at the moment and all feedback is welcome be is positive or negative, constructive feedback would be good though :D
Also should it affect Damage/mana cost or should it give shorter cooldowns? Also ideas for the formula.
Keep in mind all numbers can change etc.
