Im a little confused.
1) is it possible to pool our money towards one person.
2) is this still 1v1.
3) Who is going to portray a non-biased duel.

yeah pretty much wondering the same thing
wait does that mean each person buys one item each?
e.g i have enough for a +3 str gauntlet thingy and a circlet +3 all stats thing, but i can only buy one of them unless i can afford the entire bracer recipe?

So all I can buy is a +3 str item?
This doesn't seem like a very good idea, why don't we just pool the money and make a team decision.
Be willing to try something different :)
Remember, the duel will take place in the woods of the 3v3 map.
The heroes will be both level 6, and the hero itself will be chosen by the teams after the items are assembled.

so can one person buy a component of a recipe and then two other players buy the other components, and then together they build the recipe??
well i grabbed some potions for now in case i cant get on tomorrow before the deadline. if anyone wants to work together to buy something then im up for that.
some clarification on how this works would be good spastic :S
Say your team wants to buy a bracer.
1 player would need to buy a +3 str glove, another would need to be a circlet, and the third would need to buy the recipe. Or if 1 player had enough gold to buy all of them, he can.

well ill stick to the three health potions for now, but if someone wants to work together on something im up for that :D.
also, can two people buy the same thing? so you could have like 2 bracers if your team pitched in together?

Spas, can you like update the OP with all the events of the game, more of less like a log of what's gone on. Plus, it would be nice to have everything in one place, as opposed to strewn over three places.

I think Spas said you can only buy items that fill up only one slot. So you could only buy like one crushing claw.

What is the problem with a team pool / choice on what to buy with the collective sum.
There's no problem with that at all. I like this method because it's rather weird and interesting, and actually involves the entire team rather than a few individuals making the decisions. It's also an inactivity check. Embrace it :)
