Suggest a webcam

I haven't been up to date with computers in a while. Looking for suggestions/recommendations on a webcam for around 20-30$. Don't need anything too fancy, I've just got some long distance friends I'd like to chat with.

A quick run down with pros/cons would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
