Idea: Logger's Hatchet, plus a 350 gold recipe. What do you get? A logger's hatchet that gives you runes of blight regen when you chop down a tree! (Along with an extra 3% to creep damage).

Reason: Gives Logger's Hatchet a next step that makes sense!

So an overview:
35% extra damage to creeps (melee)
15% extra damage to creeps (range)

On activation: Chops down target tree and regenerates 100 hp over 20 seconds. Cooldown of 40 seconds.

Balance:
Q: You could get this as a first item, and that would be hax right?
A: Well, this is a tricky question to answer. The best answer I have is that the cooldown balances it. Sure, maybe the numbers need some tweaking, but I don't think that this item will replace runes of the blight or health potion, just because it costs almost all of your early game gold and can't be spammed as fast as you might want.

thats horrible, maybe a minuet cd, because that would be spammed so early, since its an infinite item, maybe less hp, 30 sec cd, like 75 hp over 12 sec with a 30 sec would be JUST fine i think

I think it sorta makes sense. You could buy 9 tangoes for just 270 gold and that's more than you'll need for most early games. If you bump the % bonus then it might be better suited for junglers but then it might be a tad OP.

The cooldown could also reduce the more often you used the item (similar to shrunken head) - just an idea on how to balance it.

i believe that, but maybe, the valure should start high(200), with a 45/50 sec cd, but then lower to about 75 with a 25 sec, so it sort of gets better as you use it, but it sort of doesnt too

Seems a little OP, but I liked it, and makes sense.

200/60 + 3.33 HP regen. that would be 350 gold. Yea, it's correct.
