Yeah forgot about the rules, anyways
- Type of mod = Skin
- A proper explanation of the mod = Like idk maybe the glowing blue eyes of Glacius, and his armor becomes blue, his heal becomes green like Death Coil'ish and his charm/ult turn blue and maybe even a cape :D and the voice of Arthas in Warcraft 3.
- Some kind of example or sample to use as base for the modification

Oh and maybe in the hero selection screen u have the image of the lich king helm like the on in the image^
Doesn't have to be EXACTLY like him just thought it could be a cool idea:)
