Thank you Samwise for your wonderful artwork.

Strength Melee
Ganker / Tank / Support

STRENGTH: 22 (+3.1)
Intelligence: 18 (+2.2)
Agility: 17(1.8)
Movement Speed: 300
Base Armor: 3.25

Background:
The Meat Packer is a mysterious beast that spends all of its time in the wild. He is a product of thousands of years spent living in the wild, and therefor is a skilled hunter of all beasts. In addition to being skilled at hunting, he is very good at preserving the meat for future use. He carries his trophy meat on his back. Meat Packer has very little knowledge of the common tongue, making his communication with the heroes of Newerth very difficult. Being ancient and wise, this beast realized what was happening to the world due to the Hellborne's actions. He, though misunderstood, is now a powerful ally to the Legion forces.

Abilities:[/FONT]

http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/wowwiki/images/b/bf/Ability_ensnare.png Net Pull - Meat Packer throws his hunting net on an area of 300 units (very fast cast speed, imagined similar to Engineer's Keg in travel time). Upon landing, Meat Packer pulls the units in the AOE towards him and deals physical damage to them. If units are pulled through trees, they will take 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 additional physical damage per tree pulled down.
Type: Physical
Targeting: Land, AOE
Range: 900
Mana Cost: 120 / 115 / 110 / 105
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Level 1: Pulls 300 units towards Meat Packer (-50 units for each unit more than 1) and deals 75 damage
Level 2: Pulls 400 units towards Meat Packer (-50 units for each unit more than 1) and deals 100 damage
Level 3: Pulls 500 units towards Meat Packer (-50 units for each unit more than 1) and deals 125 damage
Level 4: Pulls 600 units towards Meat Packer (-50 units for each unit more than 1) and deals 150 damage

Note: If units are pulled into trees, they will knock down the trees and take extra physical damage.

http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/wowwiki/images/7/70/Ability_poisons.png Tranquilizer - Meat Packer throws a spear at an enemy unit that is dipped in a powerful tranquilizing solution. This solution normally puts Meat Packer's typical big game to sleep for hours, but when used on heroes, it has a lesser effect. Targetted heroes will be slowed from 1%-99% over 1.5 seconds, stunned for X seconds, and regain speed over another 1.5 seconds. Because of the spear's dangerous design, an initial damage will be inflicted.
Type: Damage and Slow is physical, stun is magical
Targeting: Single Target, Enemy
Range: 600
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 28 / 24 / 20 / 16

Level 1: 60 initial damage, 0.75 second stun.
Level 2: 80 initial damage, 1.00 second stun.
Level 3: 100 initial damage, 1.25 second stun.
Level 4: 120 initial damage, 1.50 second stun.

Note: Magic immune targets will still take the damage and will be slowed. Since the stun is magical, they will lose all movement speed over 1.5 seconds, then immediately regain it over the next 1.5 seconds

http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/wowwiki/images/9/94/Inv_misc_food_50.png Packing Meat - During his killing, Meat Packer saves enough meat to aid allied heroes in regaining their health. Meat Packer gains a Meat charge for every X creep kills and every 1 hero kill. Hero kills provide a permanent charge. All other charges are reset upon Meat Packer's death.
Type: Passive Aura with correlation to charge count
Target: All ally heroes (within specified range)
Aura Range: 600 / 1200 / 2400 / Global

Level 1: +1 hp/s regeneration aura. 7 creep kills for a charge. Each charge adds 0.4 hp/s regen to the aura.
Level 2: +2 hp/s regeneration aura. 8 creep kills for a charge. Each charge adds 0.6 hp/s regen to the aura.
Level 3: +3 hp/s regeneration aura. 9 creep kills for a charge. Each charge adds 0.8 hp/s regen to the aura.
Level 4: +4 hp/s regeneration aura. 10 creep kills for a charge. Each charge adds 1.0 hp/s regen to the aura.

Note: This skill is very powerful at level 4, and makes Meat Packer a prime target. This is important because it makes Meat Packer a tank that NEEDS to be targeted (unlike most tanks atm)

http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/wowwiki/images/2/2f/Ability_racial_cannibalize.png Ravaging Feast - Ultimate - Meat Packer succumbs to his hunger, and enters a furious state of combat in which he feeds on his enemies flesh. Meat Packer gains a large life steal percentage combined with additional life steal based on the amount of Meat charges he has (because in his fury, he also feasts on his meat reserves)
Type: Self Buff
Target: Self, instant
Mana Cost: 150 / 200 / 250
Cooldown: 90 / 75 / 60 seconds
Duration: 16 seconds

Level 1: +30 attack speed, + 30% life steal, + additional 2.0% life steal per Meat charge. Costs 1 Meat charge (at conclusion of self-buff)
Level 2: +40 attack speed, + 35% life steal, + additional 3.5% life steal per Meat charge. Costs 2 Meat charges (at conclusion of self-buff)
Level 3: +50 attack speed, + 40% life steal, + additional 5.0% life steal per Meat charge. Costs 3 Meat charges (at conclusion of self-buff)

Note: This life steal does not stack with Whispering Helm, Elder Parasite, or Symbol of Rage

Thank you for the feedback. I lowered the pull damage by 50 at all levels. I also made the Meat Packing skill weaker at earlier levels (.4/.6/.8/1.0 regen per charge instead of .7/.8/.9/1.0). I appreciate all feedback, especially constructive criticism. Thanks a lot.

Nice. I've seen your posts before and you have some good stuff. I really like this hero concept. The theme is a little iffy, lol, but I like it. This guy seems like a pretty unique hero. His Packing Meat skill seems like it could be buff, but I agree that it would encourage enemies to target him, therefor making him a useful tank. T-UP!
