We hit the 64 team mark a few days ago but we are accepting wait-list entries in case we have to remove teams that do not meet the roster requirement. If you wish to be on the wait list you must have a team created and your teammates ready to join the roster with GUID's entered tomorrow. If you wish to be considered email honladder@teamwarfare.com with a link to your team page.
To all teams that have entered you will not be scheduled if you do not have 5 rostered members with their GUID's entered. If you don't know what a GUID is, it is your HoN in game name. For help entering it into your account see here (http://www.teamwarfare.com/forums/showthread.asp?forumid=678&threadid=454180)
Good Luck to all participants as round 1 admin panels will unlock tomorrow to allow teams to begin scheduling.

In response to comments made during a recent honcast podcast RE: PhB vs LOAD, I decided to put together a short post:
Teamwarfare League's HoN Kickoff Tournament was arranged with the top 8 teams pre-seeded using conservative estimates of the comparative skill level of the top teams based on their overall record, as opposed to 'flash-in-the-pan' responses to a recent tournament placings. We avoided this style of seeding due to the frequency which clans break apart as quickly as they appear. Clans like DY, myu/HAU, 4DR come to mind as examples. We were unfortunately still not immune to this problem, as BTN withdrew at the last minute due to roster issues. The competition manager for TWL HoN (Mouth662) was actually attempting to contact PhB and LOAD to give PhB BTN's seeded spot, but was unable to do so due to the last minute scheduling that took place to arrange this match.
Beyond the top 8 teams, all teams were randomly seeded, which (among other things) resulted in PhB being placed against LOAD in the first round of the tournament. TWL apologizes for any excitement, interest, or excellent play that occurred in the first round match as a result of our seeding method. TWL endeavors to treat all of their teams equally in order to foster a level playing field.
TWL congratulates all first round winners, and encourages all participants in the tournament to join our 5v5 BP HoN ladder and upcoming league as a further chance to showcase their talent.
At this time TWL would also like to point out that t9sniper is not, and has never been, an admin or representative for TWL's HoN division. T9sniper is an admin for the Counter-Strike: Source division and does not speak for TWL's HoN division.
And so no, despite allegations otherwise, I have not been afk/sleeping during the last few weeks and missed/ignored other competitive tournament results.
TWL HoN Admins are snizz, mouth662, princeofhonor, ympulse (impulse101), and I (Sabre). Please feel free to contact any of us for any questions regarding TWL HoN play.

Thanks for the response Sabre, and my comment that the Seeding that paired LOAD with PhB round one was just what the community had thought, tragic.
HoN is early in the competitive stage and is developing, so there's no harm nor foul done. LOAD took it like the sports they are, and will be back to play again in TWL.
Thanks again for your contributions to HoN.

Any chance someone of TWL HoN admins could give us an update on what's going on, or at least update the brackets? Thank you.

No more than 2 of each:
Astrolabe
Kuldra's Sheepstick
Ring of Sorcery
Stormspirit
Item pooling is not allowed with the exception of wards, dust, bound eye, and courier. Items may be shared in lane for a short duration as allowed by the game. Excessive or prolonged sharing is to be considered pooling as determined by an admin. Consumables may be shared in a lane including a bottle and a bottle with a rune in it, however once it is used it must be returned right away.
These rules are screwed. If a team manages to farm up more than 2 sheepsticks, then you're doing it wrong. >2 Astrolabes (even >1) is the opposite of good...

The brackets are updated automatically as teams play out their matches. The recent XP glitch caused a disruption in our match scheduling and some matches have yet to be played as a result. Things should be back on track soon.

Whats the deal with this tournament at the moment?
I assume the final has not taken place, if not - when is it planned for?

PhB is currently waiting in the finals for the winner of MSI vs. fiVe. Like sabre said the XP bug caused a cascade of extensions and then the recent all day tournaments on weekends makes it really hard for a EU vs. NA matchup to schedule properly especially with both teams playing so well and getting into the later stages of those tournaments. I'll update once we have those matchups scheduled and when we have vods or if we do livestream any of the upcoming matchups. Thanks for being patient everyone.
