This is something that could be very interesting for a lot of people... since HoN have a vocal chat it would be usefull to know where people can talk their own language without annoying the other players...
Two ways to do this... The server's language can be it's host's ui language... or The server's language can be set on the server creation screen (with an option to force or not the players to have that language ui on..)
What do you think ?

It could easily be tied to the menu screen when you pick your language. When a player goes online the game checks what language their game is set to, and that is placed in their online profile. During games, the game filters out people from voice chat, who are not of the same language.

I predict this will be problematic in Germany, and as such, I'm by default in favour of it.

A function to voice-mute users would do just fine. If you start filtering games by language you're gonna start watching people kick you because you dont speak theirs, and therefore it will make finding games a harder task. This way will also be good for people who can speak two or more languages, since a large ammount of the community speaks English as their second language.

you can already voice mute characters, just click the chat bubble beside their hero picture on the top left if I'm not mistaken.

While I don't advocate kicking people just because they don't speak your language, DotA (and therefore HoN), is a team game and having teammates that don't speak your language really hinders the experience.
DotA solved it decently well with people hosting DotA games as "DotA -AR [country]". I have already seen that in the HoN game-list so it shouldn't be too big of a problem.

Well first this feature will give the ability to play with people who speaks the same language... That doesn't necessarily conserns the Voice Chat...
In the game creation window, you specify the language if you want to limit the players to this language or select "internationnal" (wich would be by default) if u don't care about the players's language
Seriously I think it's a must have

If someone puts up a us/ca or Brazil game that should be enough.
Set up commands such as /pingall or /fromall and we're set.
