Improved Logging Hatchet of Returning
Items needed:
3 Logger's Hactchet + recipe = Hatchet of Returning

Ever throw away your useless hatchet at end game? don't you think it's so useless after level 9? well this one is improved.
not only does it cut trees like usual but it also can be used to cut down enemies.
passive:
40% bonus damage vs. 32% Logger's Hatchet
32% bonus to deal extra 10 damage
Active:
Can be thrown 800 range at enemy units. with a .2 second mini-stun
and 50% chance to slow the enemy down 20% for 2 seconds. Has a 12 second cooldown.
Deals 150 damage or kils instantly heroes under 200 HP whereupon it instantly returns back to user's inventory slot.
