Was wondering if anyone could make :soulr: look like the reaper in his first skill. Or look like a reaper in general, because i dont think his current model fits him very well....

Not a bad idea, although the reaper models used in his skills are only floating torso's, the rest could be filled in with effects. The only problem is they currently only have one animation, so someone would have to fully animate them, and I've never done anything like that before.
There's a thread here (http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?t=78757) about giving Sand-Wraith a Scythe and changing his effects, effectively turning him into the Grim Reaper/Death, which could easily be used for soul reaper as well, though that too would need some animation tweaks since a scythe is wielded much differently than a dagger.

Ya, i tried to do it but it was just a floating scythe. I kinda figured it wasnt gonna be possible but i figured it would look cool.

I'd have to say that Soul Reaper looks better than our insect of a soul reaper.

I think its also because he forgot to flip the texture.. alpha channel removed his scythe lol

Yeah my bad, I was actually using soul reaper's texture.

I've also managed to get semi-decent idle, walking, and attacking animations working. He's fine, at least his current model is somewhat original. Grim reaper is boring and cliche, not to mention Sandwraith is close enough already.

True if he was actually "Death" himself that would be frickin sweet! Right now he just looks like a dark colored Dragoon from Starcraft haha!

weird.
to me he looks like a half decomposed body in that picture with a messed up metal detector in that picture.
seems like this thread has been dead for a bit, and i was wondering if there was any follow up to this? has BlackRyu touched soulreaper since his last post? if so i'd love to have the model.
