Cooldown is way too low: I suggest something around 25 seconds.
Price might be a little low, maybe add a 700 recipe.
I think you should make it disable you somehow: disarmed and immobilized would be good. Otherwise it's too powerful for carries.
Finally, "cannot be seen by enemy or allies": I don't really like this, it's a little OP.
