4. 87.5% yes.

Actually I have a hero in popular and while I have pre ordered I haven't with THIS account and I doubt they know I have.

Do I need a 87.5% win in either of the first two categories ? or can I pool the two votes from the first two options together (since one is hard yes, the other is no to the original, yes to a very closely related alternate)?
