Final Fantasy 8 Sound Pack

At the request of kurokara, here is my custom game themes, it includes my favourite tracks from ff8 aswell as some others in between to break the monotony. It also includes the FF8 victory fanfare when a genocide occurs.

To install simply extract the .s2z into your HeroesOfNewerth/game/ directory

If this is turned into a HonMod/.S2z i would definately use it but i wont due to me having to overtite files in the game directory. If its the same as packing a texture i will try turn this into a .S2z. Kk confused myself and am giving up the will to live.... Time to gogo Diablo 2 I think

WOW i like your mod. Very awesome. So i decided to change the sound a bit. My best ingame music experience was in the "Gothic-Trilogie (1-3)". So i made a Ghotic Music Pack by using your mod. Have fun, it rocks!

man i was wandering, if I add more songs to it and rename them like track_14 and track_15 will they work, or it can only support 13 tracks+lobby?

Actually.. it only supports till track_04, but he edited the map file, so it will work 'till track_14, and no further (unless you edit it too)

Yeah I knew about initial 4 track support, thats why i was wandering how many this one can support)))well the thing is i didn't find a guide of what to edit to get more tracks(((

Only 2 songs play for me and tehre is no music in the game menu,lobby or hero selection. I get the ultemecia song at the start and then some song that im pretty sure is not from ff8 then it goes back to ultemecia O_o

These seem to be FF8 musics mixed with Naruto soundracks.

I'm not saying your compilation is bad, I just think you should mention that not all soundtracks come from FF8.

For some reason with me i only had the first 4 songs then an update came out which some how let me listen to 2 more including the boss theme, an then another update came out last night and now i can listen to the gothic naruto song. How do i hear the lobby songs and more than just the few songs when you guys say there are around 14 tracks?
