I am currently trying to get Nero from DMC4 into HoN, I have his model and associated textures but the textures do no apply properly. It would also help i could get some advice on animations, as he also has bones but no animations work for him.
Process of getting model into HoN:
1.3d ripper dx framecapture within DMC4(output as 3dr)
2.import 3dr into 3ds max 8, remove everything except Nero
3.Export using S2Exporter
4.Get all textures associated with output, convert to tga and change inside of all material files with a .tga instead of .dds
This is the result:

As you may see some textures seem to apply correctly yet others do not
