Does Armadon's Spine Burst add a charge to enemy MB/PS? I have a feeling it does because I was laning as Armadon against a Zephyr who always seemed to have charges when I chased.

If it does, that seems a little too broken as instant counter to Armadon. But of course I'm noob so I could be looking at this the wrong way.

It is. Power Supply is effectively the best counter against an Armadon during the laning phase
