I don't think this is possible...at least, AFAIK the only things that work with banlist are chat commands and even if you could return your bans somehow, we can't parse chat.

TobiasV states that the banlist is located in S2Games' server, meaning you will have to deal with packets to "copy and paste" it. AFAIK, you can't handle packets through a mod and will need a third-party application.
