Silver Knight
the image is not yet sure but she should look like this, weilding a rapier, a gun and in either armor that is of course should be silver:

Silver knights are know for their illustrious silver armor, dexterity and agility. Feared by the enemies, favored by their allies. They strike fear whenever they see a silver knight unscathed.(still needs work)

Skill1: Hornet's Sting
Silver knight dashes towards the target w/ uncanny speed. Before the target can react, she strikes fear to their hearts disabling the target from reacting. Applies Barrage to self and Impending Fear to the target.
Barrage - unit gains max ASpd for 3 hits on the target for 1.5 sec. changing target will cancel Barrage.
Impending Fear - the unit is stunned for set period of time.
Level 1 - Applies Impending Fear for 1sec.
Level 2 - Applies Impending Fear for 1.25sec.
Level 3 - Applies Impending Fear for 1.5sec.
Level 4 - Applies Impending Fear for 1.75sec.
Cast range: 700
Cooldown: 15/13/11/9 seconds
Manacost: 120
Skill2: Gun Shot
Known for their high dexterity, silver knight can fire her pistol to the target within her range dealing bonus damage and strikes it into their weakness crippling them in agony. Applies Cripple to the target.
Cripple - slows the target by 30% for 3 sec. slow decreases over time.
Level 1 - Deals 25+attack damage and applies Cripple the target.
Level 2 - Deals 50+attack damage and applies Cripple the target.
Level 3 - Deals 75+attack damage and applies Cripple the target.
Level 4 - Deals 100+attack damage and applies Cripple the target.
Cast range: 900
Cooldown: 15/12/9/6 seconds
Manacost: 75/85/95/105
Note : this skill can apply 3rd skill's ability
Skill3: Silver Pierce
Due to their outstanding fighting skills, silver knight can pierce any armor of their target. Targeting the same spot one after another until it breaks through and rip their flesh. Applies Pierce to the target and on the 4th hit, applies Impalement to the target.
Pierce - Reduces targets armor by 1/1/2/2 for 4sec stacks 4 times
Impalement - Deals 40/50/60/70 Physical damage and a 0.1sec mini-stun to the target.
Note: Her 3rd skill applies to all of her attacks & skills
Ultimate: Pride of the Silver Knights
Known for their extreme agility and reaction time, silver knight can dodge any normal attacks and countering anyone who attacks or casts spells at her using her gun. Applies Agility and Pistol Counter to self.
Agility - 100% evasion to normal attacks for set duration, slightly increased MSpd by 10%.
Pistol Counter - automatically casts Skill2: Gun Shot[that has no cooldown or manacost] to the attacker/caster. Apply bonuses and effects based on Skill2: Gun Shot's skill lvl
Cast type: Self
Duration: 8/10/12 sec
Cooldown: 60/50/40 sec
Mana cost: 150/175/200
Note : Spells would still damage her but will still counter the caster, if Skill2: Gun Shot is lvl0 then it just does normal damage w/ no effect if its lvl1 you apply same way as lvl1Gun Shot is being casted.
