25% Evasion. This does not stack with other evasion items. Instead, the highest chance is applied.
On attack, 35% of knockback. This is item has Bashing properties, so it shares a cooldown with other bashing items and abilities., which does not stack with other attack modifiers.
Knockback: The unit is pushed 150 units backwards in a 0.5 second period.
Bash Cooldown: 4 seconds.

Active: Selected hero is pushed forward 600 units.
Active Cooldown: 25 seconds.
Cost: 25 mana.

For knockback, think Rampage.

The goal is:
- Use snake braclet/ToC in a recipe
- Let Int supporters use evasion
- Let Int supporters use a form of bash
- Knockback in an item.

My only fear is that ranged agi carries can pick this up and perma-push.

Sounds interesting and if you are scared of agi ranged carries perma pushing you could just add a cooldown to the knockback

Okay, updated.

It is now a bashing item, which means it shares cooldown and doesn't stack with other bashes.

In my opinion, the cool-down should be longer since the chance to hit is so high. Lower the chance or increase the cool-down.

Some ranged heroes have a pretty fast attack speed.
