WTF Mode

What about WTF-Mode like DotA?
I'm sure there is already a thread handling this, but you can't search for items less than 4 characters, like "wtf+mode". Is there a discussion about it yet?

Explanation:
The WTF-Mode was implemented by IceFrog in DotA to be a Fun-only Mode. Every hero had neither mana costs nor cooldowns of their abilities.

Some situations could be quite funny. As said: It's a fun only mode.

Rather like -arradm. All random, random abilities, deathmatch. Each time you die you spawn with a new hero and a new set of abilities and as abilities are random you never know what to expect from any hero, which is the fun of the mode as I see it. This mode had manacost and cooldowns if I remember correct, which else would take away the fun (Imagine a guy getting andro's stun+slayer's ulti with no cd...).
