You're right, you can't be sure, but the best I can do is try to use logic, if you think everything that I say is actually a ploy to fool you then all of my logic is deceptive. If you look at all of my posts previously assuming I am an imp then there's no point in using my logic. I'll just have to plead not guilty, since I'm a sapling and all this bandwagoning onto legionaire who MUST be correct because he's a proven legion is sickening.

I vote we lynch Sidekick regardless, very quiet this round, playing much like last game and by that I mean they were a hellbourne last game, so yeah. Plus with the smitten, it's a 50/50 chance. Whereas anyone else it's a complete stab in the dark. Without Danvari, we have no completely unbias leader, so I guess we'll just have to hope for the best in another lynch.

So, It's either xSai or Sidekick. I'm going to air on Sidekick, even though I'm almost 100% sure it's sai, Sidekick has more proof.

Anyway, that night kill was quite swift. I looked up victo's posts and it seems he wasn't a very active player... he accused scout4life, xsai, devilesk, rogerdodger and kluckmuck. I don't think scout4life would ask to be replaced as an imp, since hellbourne are in such a huge lead... he was probably tired of losing as a sapling (which clears xmonodo as a target).

Bah, I'm pretty clueless at this point... does anyone else have any ideas?

Alright... so I've looked at most of Maliwan's posts and made of list of people that he has accused

He started out accusing xSai, and then he linked rogerdodger and ll4mma together, and said if one is an imp the other is an imp. Please take note, that what maliwan has said IS NOT the actual truth of who the saplings are and who the imps are; however it does give us clues as to who could have felt threatened enough to feel they had to kill maliwan. Kluckmuck and bobble were the ones being accused during the later phase of day 1, so it's possible that one of them felt threatened and decided to kill maliwan to shut him up. However, it's also possible that the imps know this about maliwan, and took notice of this... and knowing that bobble/kluckmuck are not imps they decided to create the illusion that bobble/kluckmuck killed maliwan due to feeling threatened.

aka, this game is ridiculously hard without scout...

I'm voting for kluckmuck, if he dies and is a sapling, it's very possible that bobble, xsai and ll4mma are also saplings and the imps have created an illusionary trail. If he is an imp, then I say we lynch bobble, xSai or ll4mma next.

Also, about witch slayer... PLEASE DO NOT RANDOMLY SHOOT. The past 3 shots (including last game) have all been detrimental to the legion. I suggest that we hold our own vote as a community on who witch slayer should shoot when his bullet cools down; of course the imps will be able to sabotage this, but I think it will still be better than witch slayer acting on his own and shooting randomly... the blame can also be distributed across the community, rather than just being focused on witch slayer.

The thing is... any accusation on day 1 is either:

a) random accusation
b) accusation for random accusation

so unless there's a random accusation, there can be no accusation... it's all obviously a random accusation since we have ZERO proof or info about the imps... therefore I don't think accusing based on a random accusation is very smart. Also, imps won't throw random accusations on the table knowing that people are prone to accuse those who random accuse, even though that accusation itself is quite random. They'll just stand back and watch the chaos commence.

I say, take a shot in the dark, and be done with day 1. If we land on an imp, awesome, but 73.333% chance we will land on a sapling. Let's just eliminate someone who's been relatively silent or seems afk, since they won't be of much use anyway. As far as I can tell, Kennedy, kluckmuck and chickenfoo have not participated since night has ended, so I'm gonna randomly pick someone from that pile.

This was Victo's last post before he died. He accused me, kluckmuck, and xSai. Kluck was a sap, and I know I'm a sap, which makes it possible that Victo was eaten by Hellbourne because he suspected xSai.

(faulty logic) It is still just a shot in the dark with the same odds as anybody else. I've been looking over the circumstances of Maliwan's death. It's interesting to note that he had quite the argument with you, especially towards the end from posts 377 to 380. I think it's also very likely that you're an imp.

Also, you're right about not all three being imps, because I'm still inclined to believe that ll4ma isn't lying when he claimed WS. Right now I strongly believe you and xSai are both imps.

I find it interesting too, as I can tell you why i am innocent in this matter. Why on earth would I go out of my way to piss off a Legion member if I was an imp? I mean, I would be stuffed if Maliwan decided he hated me so much that he wanted to lynch me, and that would ruin my mission. Second, Through that argument, I became a very convenient pawn when the imps killed Maliwan. Since I was in close correlation shortly before his death, I would be suspected. Top reason the imps haven't killed me yet, and probably won't for the whole game. I pissed off a legion, and now I am the suspicious one. Perfect way to kill off another sapling, isn't it? So that argument actually helps my innocence, it does not disprove it.

Wait, why would you look to me if xSai was a sapling? Because I was the most recent to accuse him? One of my main reasons for suspecting Sai is because of Danvari's public suspicion of him, and then Danvari being promptly eaten.

It was even brought up earlier "why would the hellbourne keep Danvari around with jeraziah dead" Well...isn't it obvious? he wasn't a threat to any of the hellbourne...as soon as he was a threat to the hellbourne (xSai) he got eaten immediately.

TL:DR My main suspicions of xSai are because of Danvari's own suspicions.



Also, have you forgotten the painstaking process I went through early on in this game to roleclaim sapling? Or did you just think it was a stupid Hellbourne stunt to bring unnecessary attention to myself...

Agreed. I've also been playing epicmafia recently and I noticed a lot of strategies I never have before... People bussing each other and everything, and when you think about it you begin to realise who the imps are but it is too late.

Anyway, off to play more epicmafia, but a lot of the time people get pissed and mass suiciding happens. For example, I was tracker and I found the Interceptor first round by accident, and then that guy got pissed off he was found first round and suicided.

I believe a lot of people should begin to play that and learn it, for example people mass claim at the start of the game, and you generally trust the guy that claims he is a person who is a meaningless role, or a role that the Mafia won't benefit off knowing, and then everybody whispers their role to them, and if there's a counter-claim then you know either the person that claimed first or second is a Mafia. There are a lot of strategies to use.

Yea, if really screws up the game when you can't assume that the legion are all playing with the legion side's best interests in mind, like disputing a false claim.
