Before the Great War broke out on Newerth, the robot who would be Potimus Rimpe (before he received the :Mock:Mock of Brilliance from Legion) was a Transmutator of note, displaying his skills in the Infraformers Sharpshooting Competition. Subsequently, when the war began, Rimpe quickly made a name for himself as a combat leader of the Legion.
On a mission with the Legion to stop Hellbourne from claiming the Legion Base, Rimpe was forced to jettison the massive world tree into space to prevent anyone from acquiring its power, but with this action, he proved his wisdom and skill to the Legion Council of Elders; this led to even more rapid advancement, eventually leading him to field command over the Legion armies.
Four million years ago, Newerth ? shaken from its orbit and drifting through space ? came under threat when it floated into the path of an asteroid swarm. Rimpe led a group of elite Legion warriors on the Legion starship, the Ark, on a mission to destroy the asteroids, and although successful, in the aftermath of this mission the Ark was attacked by Hellbourne, hoping to overcome their weakened foes. Intent on keeping the secrets of the Legion from the Hellbourne, Rimpe set the craft on a suicide course, crashing it into the prehistoric planet Newerth.
In 1984 A.D., a volcanic eruption re-activated the Ark, which in turn brought the Transformers back on-line. Rimpe led the Legion in their opening battles to prevent the Hellbourne from plundering Newerth's resources, but following their initial victory, the Legion were all deactivated by :behe:Shockwave (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shockwave_%28Transformers%29). Rimpe was decapitated by Shockwave, and had the energy of the Newerth Creation Matrix leeched from his mind to give life to Shockwave's creations, the Neutrals (although Shockwave was unaware that the Matrix was not merely a program in Rimpe's mind, but a physical object in his chest). Before Shockwave could give life to his next Hellbourne, :elec:Electrician, Prime transferred the Matrix energy into the mind of :glac:Glacius, who used the energy to turn :elec:Electrician on Shockwave, allowing Rimpe to reclaim his body and retake leadership of the Autobots, giving :elec:Electrician true life as a reward.

Since handling all this is too much for Potimus Rimpe, he needs to pick only one.

or
+ Magic Armor 5 / 7.5 / 10 /15 (from 10 / 25 / 40 / 55) but -2 / -3.5 / -5 / -6.5 Armor

Super-Evolvomatic Charge Lightbeam

1000 Range ( This character is made to be a chaser / tank / carry, think pest or something)
Potimus Rimpe becomes mad because he thinks the opposite team has killed his mates, turning him into a flying machine with 1000 movespeed, and crashing into a target and creating a shockwave with immovable terrain 2000 range behing his target, damaging all targets behind him 300/500/750/1500 True damage
Ultimate
Potimus Rimpe sends a hears a signal from his homeplanet, making him fly up into the skies, only to hear his homeplanets last words were to destroy Newerth.
Rimpe launches his ion-dematerializing beam towards all of the opponents damaging them and stunning them.
Damages for 1200/1800/2500 physical damage and stunning them for 5/10/15 seconds, grants vision over targets while stunned.

Edited the numbers to be more of a thing, I have to go now so I cant work on the 3rd skill and Ulti, but I will update.
For now, judge by concept not by numbers.
