i dont know if this is possible or not since when i look at the stringtables i found this:
deny {killer_color}{killer}^* denied {victim_color}{victim}^*!
kill0 {killer_color}{killer}^* pwned {victim_color}{victim}^*'s head! for ^y{gold}^* gold!!
i tried changing killer_hero to many other strings like hero_killer killer_hero etc but still came up empty
so is the information of the killer hero available?
