Have 360? Theres a somewhat annoying to find patch from windows that will let you use your 360 controllers

not necissarily. I use a keyboard to play and it works great because it works well with my main character(balrog). I also minor in sakura and have no problem doing combos, shoyruken movements or even charging for moves.

but the downside for me is that i suck at arcade matches because i havn't adapted to a stick yet.

you can use controllers, sticks, or a keyboard, or a joystick.
