Skills: Learns Judgment, Withering Presence, Inhuman Nature,
Demonic Execution
This guide is DarkNecrid's suggestions plus mine.
Disclaimer:
Welcome to my Soul Reaper guide. This format was shamelessly taken by Trainingday/DarkNecrid,:D who might own. This is my first guide, so I'm sorry if it sucks or something, but I'm always open to suggestions & criticism.
Pros: Efficient slayer and great lane harassing power Soul Reaper is a strong pick in most games.
Cons: High int dependency and low movespeed of 290.

Skills:

Notes: This skill is amazing!
Early- Use it only when you are out of runes of the blight and your ally needs health too. Also great for damaging those heroes who have the guts to challenge you.
Mid-Spam it but always make sure you have enough mana to use your ult.
Late-Spam all day to farm creeps.
Always use it to last hit creeps especially if your team doesn't have a carry in your lane or if you have inhuman nature.
If your feeling nice you can initiate a creep wave with judgement and let your carry get all of the creep kills as you sit back

Notes: Works on creeps & heroes, slowly pecking away at their health. This skill is something that kind of works behind the scenes, and while its effects aren't very obvious, the pressure it can apply to enemy heroes does add up in the long run. (DarkNecrid)
I always use this skill right from the start. Make sure you position yourself to be able to always be damaging enemy heroes.

Notes: Get this mid game when you have enough mana to use judgement to get last hits. This skill helps you keep your mana bar up for pretty much the whole game. Works with denies on your own creeps, too.

Notes: This skill is one of the most incredible ultimates in the game IMO. It's essentially a long ranged Decapitate that works (at higher ranks) whenever a hero is at ~50% health. The best part of this skill is that since tank style characters will have a lot of health, if you get them down a bit they wind up taking a lot more damage from this, so it's a great way to shred through them. Don't underestimate the stun on this skill either, it's a great way to get someone low enough to kill them, so don't just use it as an execution on an already low foe.(DarkNecrid)

Use the stun to escape from near death experiences

Early Gameplay Lvs 1-7
1Withering Presence(I find that i never actually ues judgemnt in the beginning of the game so i get withering presence to start off with a bang.
2 Judgement
3 Withering Presence
4Judgement
5 Withering Presence
6 Demonic Execution
7 Withering Presence/ Judgement (Judgement if you are going for ganks Withering if you are staying in lane more.)

Midgame and on
I am not going to give more skill lists because these are situational.
Judgement is for ganking/teamfights
Eventually it helps you lane but not until you have enough mana.
Withering Presence If you are going to be laning max this out first... Also its great at getting invisible heroes to stay away from stalking you due to the constant health degen.
Inhumane Nature Get this after you have enough mana to spam Judgement. It helps a lot with mana if you are finding yourself always getting last hits on creeps.
IF YOU DONT GET LOTS OF LAST HITS DO NOT GET THIS SKILL STATS INSTEAD!

Demonic Execution should always be taken when available.

Laning
Don't Solo Mid take a dual lane because of your aoe harass potential. In your lane you should only last hit your creeps and while you wait maneuver yourself in the position to constantly affect enemy heroes with your presence. When you can attack enemy heroes. This helps get you an easy gank when you hit level six.
Check your enemies items. If they have no regen you are going to destroy them. Try to harass them to the point that they run out of regen. If they have health or mana potions attack them.
One thing i have noticed is that withering presence doesn't disrupt their health potions or mana potions.

Ganking
if you need a sneaky gank disable it then turn it on once spotted. Anyways just wait for a disable to stun target and then run in and judgement. dont killsteal with demonic because you probably are better served letting a carry get the kill. and saving your ult for a team fight.
If its a solo gank sure use your ult.

Team Fights
Hang back wait for initiating hero but while you wait make sure withering presence is affecting most of them. As soon as you brawl cast judgement to heal your heros and hurt all of theirs.

Go save your teamates with judgement spam and the second you see a predator/ legionairre/ bloodhunter magically on medium health use your ult. Your ult can be used to stop a fleeing foe so another teamate can get the kill.

Post Fights
If you lost the fight GTFO and spam judgement... the reason why intelligence is so key is because you can spam judgement and get full health in no time.

If your team won then still spam judgement to get your team to full health... use judgement when creeps are around so you get the maximum potential from it.

Items
I am a fan of 2x Mark of the Novice and minor totems accompanied by 2x runes of the blight. It gives the intel you need and the health you want. In the lane you can go to the outpost and buy a scarab and a TP.
If you need the early mana boost and you are facing casters get mana batter/ power supply

Your most significant priorities are movespeed, intelligence/regen, I like getting stormspirit and staff of the master. Totem of Kuldra is ideal but it just doesn't always happen.
Always get a TP and late game go for a sacrificial stone... sustainer first then Icon of the goddess.
