PROPERTIES

+15 Strength
+10 health regeneration
OR
+15 Agility
+5 health regeneration
+75% mana regeneration
OR
+10 health regeneration
+150% mana regeneration


USAGE

This basically works like steamboots, except that you can switch between different amounts of hp/mana regen and can have extra stats. This makes the item viable for pretty much any hero.

I made it quite expensive, due to the effects it has, but it also has a great buildup so you won't find yourself wishing you only had 1000 more gold so that you could finally get the item, as you will already have most of its effects before you get it. I hope you knew what I meant by that >.>

one thing wrong with this one - it uses the sustainer, which alrdy has like 4 things its in anyway
