Rampage isn't much of a powerful or useful hero as it should be. His skills are subpar to many other heroes out here so I'd just think up of some remake ideas and decided to share it here on Sandbox.

He can keep his Might of the Herd (the skill that makes he run faster and adds his damage in accordance with his movespeed) and Horned Strike (Bash). They are already good as it should but I think his first skill and his ultimate needs reworking. Alright enough of introductions let's get to it.

Skill 1 Remake

I think his ultimate is not really worthy to be an ultimate so I think his ultimate can replace that crappy charge but it some twist.

Rampage just teleport up to his target and stun+attack him/her but not with delay like original ultimate. Just a blink strike plus a stun for single target.

Level 1: Adds 50 bonus damage and stuns the target for 1 second
Level 2: Adds 100 bonus damage and stuns the target for 1.5 second
Level 3: Adds 150 bonus damage and stuns the target for 2 seconds
Level 4: Adds 200 bonus damage and stuns the target for 2.5 seconds

Haven't think about mana cost yet but I want it to be not spammable but also don't want it to cost too much. Maybe around 140 for all levels.

The cooldown of around 10 seconds is fine I think.

Ultimate Remake

I still remember back then in my newbie DotA days where I think Spiritbreaker or Rampage can still initiate but once I finally know the real game I also knew that he really can't initiate a big 5v5 fights like Magmus or Behemoth do.

So let's give him ability to initiate!!

His ability will be similar to Kraken's Tsunami Charge in my ideal. He will charge at 522 speed into given direction by around 1200 distance and stuns/push/damage all enemy that comes into contact with him in 300 AoE.

Level 1: Stuns for 2 seconds and 200 damage for pushed enemies
Level 2: Stuns for 2.75 seconds and 300 damage for pushed enemies
Level 3: Stuns for 3.5 seconds and 400 damage for pushed enemies

I think mana cost should be 200/250/300 or something around that and his cooldown should be around 90 seconds to 120 seconds.

Why should a rhino blink around just like that? S2 gave a reason why a rhino should blink ONCE IN A WHILE, but i doubt Sol wants to share his power every 10 seconds.

And that ultimate deals both too much damage and stuns for too long.
