madman could also become a pokemon
his 1. skill = Quick Attack
his 2. skill = Mega Punch
his 4. skill = agility
Corrupted Pikachu use Thunderbolt now!

It can be done. Simply find something slightly too large, reduce the modelscale and pop a texture on top. If somebody was even willing, a model can be made and we can import that model and then someone can make a texture, but it needs to use the current model importer restrictions that Texture Modding has at the moment.
Something that comes to mind for a hero to become a pokemon could possibly be, for example, Zephyr becoming Pidgeotto.

well, i can easily make an import of some available pokemon imports but ... without animations ... and i doubt anyone would have enough skill+motivation to do that

Pyromancer as Charizard?
Swiftblade as Scyther?
Moon Queen as Caterpie? (lolnotreally)
Pestilence as Haracross? (obvious)
Rampage as Donphan?
