Here are some scribbles about a hero I thought up, I figured I'd post the abilities here and see what the sandbox thinks before I clean it up and all that.
Chill Reaver - Strength Melee Hellbourne
Model: Think DotA Magnataur
Abilities (numbers are of course shot in the dark):
Ice Path - vector Target, lays down a sheet of ice that goes (750/1000/1250/1500) units. Units in path when laid down are chilled (10/15/20/25% movement slow) and take (50/100/150/200) damage. Units walking on path are slowed by 10/15/20/25%. Chill Reaver regens health and gains movement speed while on path. Path lasts (7/8/9/10) seconds.
Frost Breath - Cone from Chill Reaver, does 75/150/225/300 damage, chills enemies by 10/15/20/25% move and 10/15/20/25 attack speed.
Cold as Ice - As the Chill Reaver stands in one place, his health and mana regen increase, and he takes reduced damage. Attacking or moving will cancel the effect. Every second he does not move or attack he gains one charge of Glacier buff. Each charge gives 0.5/1/1.5/2 health regen, 0.25/0.5/0.75/1 mana regen, and 1/2/3/4 percent damage reduction. Max of 10 charges.
Winter's Fury - PBAoE, Chill Reaver slams the ground and radius of (500/650/800) around him is stunned, ground is iced with same effects as Ice Path. (This is basically a tweaked Tidehunter Ult)
Thoughts? Worth cleaning up and submitting?
