Rampage!

What is wrong with him?:
As of know, he is maybe the only hero in HoN that is ONLY a pubstomp hero. He has utterly no value in a team. He is like a warbeast with lesser damage and can't buff his allies.
His spells are just messed up really.
He has 2 passives that increase his damage and damage uptime (bash).
His only normal active spell is a 2.5sec single target stun.
His ulti is 1 bash + 150/250/350 magic damage, which is fine!
Any solutions?
Lately I've thought about why he has his charge and ultimate.
It's like;
1: Move fast to the target over 10-12sec.
2: Stun
3: Stun again
3: Deal magic damage.
Think if could've merged these spells together:
1: Charge the target.
2: When the target is within 600/800/1000 range you instantly teleport to the target
3: Stun it for 2/2.5/3sec
4: Deal 250/350/450 magic damage (because it no longer gains +100 dmg from his bash).
This would be his ultimate: Instead of his old charge, he would gain something like:
Rhino Rush:
Manacost: 140
CD: 20
Range: 400/600/800/1000
AoE: 200 (small)
Rampage charges at a very high speed against the target location (1000ms?).
Stuns everyone in his path for 1.2 seconds and deals 50/100/150/200 magic damage.
Sidenotes: This would certainly give Rampage some competetive qualities (AoE stun, that works as a semi-leap (he just moves fast, he can be slowed, stunned and killed during the Rhino Rush)).
And S2's goal is to make EVERY hero competetive. And as far as I see it, they've done a damn good job, they just need to give Rampage a slight buff.
