Story:
Antaeus is the son of the Earth and the Sea. He is larger and stronger than any man, and he draws that strength from his mother, the Earth. In an effort to impress his father, the god of the seas, he will wrestle any opponent, and after killing them, he keeps their skulls. These skulls feed his courage, and will one day be used to make a temple for his father.
Visual: Fortunately I found a picture that wasn't the Hulk. I had a hard time getting my hands on a picture that I wanted, so I ended up with this. Antaeus is a mythological being from Libya. He should be very ripped with somewhat dark skin. After all, HoN could use a little diversity, every human hero is white. He will also wear a necklace with skulls hanging from it. His auto attack will be punches. (This is actually a picture of Heracles holding Antaeus above the Earth because that is where he draws his power from, but just imagine that Antaeus is the one doing the holding)(and cover his junk)
2974 Crushing Leap - Antaeus uses his great strength to make a powerful bound towards an enemy unit. Upon landing, Antaeus smashes the ground, delivering a shocking blow to his opponent. This does physical damage and stuns the enemy unit. Mana cost: 140. Cooldown: 30 seconds. Range: Melee.
Level 1: 250 cast range. 60 physical damage. 1.5 second stun.
Level 2: 300 cast range. 120 physical damage. 2.0 second stun.
Level 3: 350 cast range. 180 physical damage. 2.5 second stun.
Level 4: 400 cast range. 240 physical damage. 3.0 second stun.
2975 Call of the Champion - Antaeus releases a furious call to battle, sending fear into the hearts of his enemies. This call gives Antaeus the aura buff Presence of the Champion for 8 seconds. This aura reduces enemy attack speed and armor significantly. This activate-able aura effects those within a 500 radius of Antaeus for as long as they are within the radius (or until the duration ends). Cast time: 0.5 seconds. Mana cost: 40/60/80/100. Cooldown 30 seconds.
Level 1: Presence of the Champion removes 2 armor & slows attack speed by 10%.
Level 2: Presence of the Champion removes 4 armor & slows attack speed by 15%.
Level 3: Presence of the Champion removes 6 armor & slows attack speed by 20%.
Level 4: Presence of the Champion removes 8 armor & slows attack speed by 25%.
2973 Gaia's Favor - Being the son of Earth herself, Antaeus receives the favor of Gaia. Gaia sucks strength from attacking enemy heroes into the ground and transfers it to her son in order to keep Antaeus more resistant to attacks. Enemies that attack Antaeus will recieve a charge of Strength Assumption. Every time Antaeus takes an instance of physical damage (DOT Does not count), Gaia responds by adding a Fortification charge. Both charges last 10 seconds. New charges do not refresh old ones.
Dual Charge Passive Skill
Level 1: Strength Assumption Charge Effects: 0.25 strength lost per attack. For each Fortification charge, Antaeus recieves adds 0.25 strength. Max of 10 charges.
Level 2: Strength Assumption Charge Effects: 0.50 strength lost per attack. For each Fortification charge, Antaeus recieves adds 0.50 strength. Max of 12 charges.
Level 3: Strength Assumption Charge Effects: 0.75 strength lost per attack. For each Fortification charge, Antaeus recieves adds 0.75 strength. Max of 14 charges.
Level 4: Strength Assumption Charge Effects: 1.00 strength lost per attack. For each Fortification charge, Antaeus recieves adds 1.00 strength. Max of 16 charges.
2976 - Ultimate: Grapple of Might - Antaeus engages a target enemy hero in a battle of strength. As the two heroes are connected in this locked-in combat, they deal physical damage to each other based on their current strength points. Since they are so intertwined, if they are targeted by other heroes, they will be targeted as one unit, dealing damage and other effects equally between the two. If they are stunned, both heroes will be stunned and the Grapple is over. Enemy hero is completely disabled for the duration of the Grapple, but Antaeus can exit at his own discretion. Mana cost: 150/200/250. Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds.
Channelling Ultimate
Level 1: Lasts 3.00 seconds, dealing 0.5x current strength every 0.50 seconds. (6 damage occurrences)
Level 2: Lasts 3.50 seconds, dealing 0.5x current strength every 0.50 seconds. (7 damage occurrences)
Level 3: Lasts 4.00 seconds, dealing 0.5x current strength every 0.50 seconds. (8 damage occurrences)
Please comment on how this hero would enter the HoN battlefield. Is one spell to weak? Is one spell to powerful? Is one spell unusable? Please let me know.
