and here comes the funny thing: every time we get over 250. more in direction of 300, the masterserver is getting down. so tell me, really bad game mh? nothing changed? we made no effort as community? thx. have fun in 2 years, when this is happening to hon. ok maybe by getting into another field of game, about 4 years. i know why he asks. because we get no answer since yesterday and the masterserver keeps crashing. no one even bothered till now even to say "hey, i will have a look". and thats the sad thing here. i understand him quite well. he moderates the whole s2 forum (ALONE!) manages self payed server, manages server for league games, manages to smile every second and cheer the people up with new news about efforts. he cant even play a game for 5 minutes without being asked about something, and smiles, and gives answers and never ever connects with a smurf just to have his 1 hour game. no, hes answering! and thats why this is lame. that noone cares. we can manage a day or two without, but we are loosing more and more new members, just because the masterserver isnt cared for.

I dont think hes a troll. I think he just has a cause he cares about and the lack of attention he has gotten while talking about this cause has starved him to a point where ANY attention regarding it will do.

Like a little child that intentionally does stuff that it knows is bad, because then it will get SOME attention at least.

This post comes from unwilling to help community which tries to revive abandoned game and making big steps toward it. Community of "unknown" game brings more players. Advertisments is everywhere, the game hitting numbers it never hit before. And S2G still making money on this dead game while community provides everything else EXCEPT auth server. WTF isn't S2G can't move the auth server from celeron based laptop to something that CAN handle more than 250 players? They can't? SO GIVE THE GAME TO COMMUNITY! Stop making money on unsupported game and let us make it better...

But hell, it won't happen cuz no1 in s2g have time for this ****... Help arrives only when need to help with payment bug....

As to why it shouldnt be in OT? Well i guess youre right on that one, people post random crap about other games all the time and the fact that your game is also made by S2 shouldnt make a difference. My real motive for questioning why this thread was allowed was mainly because i assumed that S2 was as fascist as other gaming companies whose games ive played in the past, and it was against the rules to post anything negative about them. Which it sorta actually is, but in no way to the same extent as what i have previously encountered.

That may be, yeah. I guess i would have sent them an email instead. Or, if i wanted to make some sort of protest rally thing, have everyone i knew that agreed with me send an email to them. It could have been sort of strong (the statement made) if all those emails came from email addys registered to Unknown 2 actually.

Not that it would guarantee the desired results obviously, but at least i think it would be more effective than this thread. It would require more effort, but if these guys are anything like me when my game got raped by EA, effort isnt an issue.
