Story:


Not many know of this powerful daemon of the dark forests of newerth, yet he is the brother of Hammerstorm. And by the blood, he also possesses brute strength. He was jealous of his older brother, Hammerstorm because their parents loved him more. And so, one day, Feureous killed his parents and ran to the darkness of the dead forests of newerth. There he slowly turned into a monster, tormented by the guilt of killing his own blood. But instead of using hammer as a weapon, he used his bare hands..


Skills:

1. Choke

Feureous chokes his enemy until it dies, and leaving it's soul the gruesome
memory of suffocating in the hands of a monster.

Deals: 80/100/130/150 per second
Duration: 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds
Range: 350

Action:
Feureous leaps in front of his target then lifts it up and then choking it
with both hands. Throws, the target to the ground after the duration.

Mana Cost: 110
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Effects: Immobilized/Disabled

2. Impatience

Feureous is an impatient daemon and does not want to wait. If being kept
waiting, he smashes the ground and stunning nearby enemy units.

Damage: 70/80/90/100
Stuns for: 1.5 seconds
(This skill is Passive)

How this works:
If the user of this hero does not make the hero move for 5 seconds,
this skill will automatically activate.

Cooldown: 8 seconds
Action:
Smashes the ground with both hands. (mini version of his ultimate)
AoE: 250

3. Global shout of terror

Feureous shouts with all his might and pierces terrifying effects on his
enemies. Every time he shouts, all of the inhabitants of Newerth never
fails to hear it.

Effects to allied heroes and himself:


Increases Base Armor by 2/3/4/5
Increases Attack Speed by 5%/7%/9%/15%
Increases Movement Speed by 5%/7%/9%/15%
Increases Base Damage by 8%/9%/15%/20%

Effects to enemy heroes:


Decreases Base Armor by 2/3/4/5
Decreases Attack Speed by 5%/7%/9%/15%
Decreases Movement Speed by 5%/7%/9%/15%
Decreases Base Damage by 8%/9%/15%/20%

Duration: 3/4/5/8
Mana cost: 80
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Active
Global skill - which means that every hero on the map gets affected when
this skill is used.

4. Focus (Ultimate)

Feureous focuses all of his strength to both of his hands and then smashes
the ground with all his might, shaking all of Newerth to it's knees.

Damage: 250/350/450
AoE: 500/600/700
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 180 seconds
Active

Action:
Smashes the ground and destroying everything in the AoE. Including trees.

Skill Combo:

1. Stop for 2 seconds (Impatience)
2. On the 3rd second, activate Global Shout of Terror
3. On the 4th second, use the portal key to go to the enemy/ies
4. On the 5th second, Impatience will automatically activate
5. Focus
6. Use choke in case if someone tries to get away

First, i think you must redisign theme, You should pick at about 3 base colors, same with heroes main theme-color. Now it has too many different colors, looks not too good.
About skills:
1) I liked it, but i think you can change it a little, like this:
after channeling time he throws enemy in the air for 0.5 additional second.
2) Nothing wrong with it, interesting, but i think you must buff it a little.
3) This ability is very useful. It is pretty cool I think.
4)Liked the concept, but i think you must make more interesting and fun:
something like this:
Collects charges (think Panda's flurry) up to 1/2/3. Each time in row you use it, AoE will increase by X. Has a ministun, based on uses in row (like 0.2/0.4/0.6 per use in row).
If you ll work with it a little more, will be great. However i like concept and voted yes.

Good concept, but i think Impatience is a bit impractical, of course waiting and then blinking into combat is ok, but it could be hard timing and using it in combat leaves your hero prety exposed as he has to be still to be effective, maby a bit shorter time would be nice, or change the trigger to not auto atacking or using abilities. A bit tweaking and this hero could work nicely.

Thanks for the comment, I'll tweak it up a bit tomorrow, I'm kind'a sleepy right now and can't think properly.

Your suggestion for the 1st skill is pretty cool, I'll add that and change the colors. xD

And also the ultimate, sounds a little confusing a bit but kinda cool. :)

And about the image, I'm still searching for one, I'm thinking something that has dark+flaming+pointy kind of armor, doesn't have a weapon except like, metal gloves or w/e.

He seems interesting enough. Of course the most unique ability is the second. I honestly think it could be just every 5 seconds with no requirements (along with a timer on the skill to countdown the seconds). That's just something to think over, maybe you would have to increase the time between each one to something like 8.

Other than that he seems ok, skill 3 seems to have a lot of debuffs/buffs for one skill, might have too much functionality to it.

The theme is alright, could be better, really reminds me of that 'Fenus' or whatever that fallen brother of Jeraziah was called (another hero suggestion).

Simple concept, mechanics are simple but effective.
Numbers appear to be pretty good, close enough to t-up on the basis that if it were implemented balancing the numbers would be easy.
However, as someone mentioned above I don't see impatience being all to practical.

Perhaps change it to:
If the player has not killed a unit for 5 seconds the spell initiates.
(mechanic question: Will this spell cause Feureous to stop moving entirely? briefly like old galvanize? explain more please)

in closing; vote reserved, awaiting more info and rethink of Impatience.
