Which heroes is this actually a viable item on? Btw, I don't mean the blood hunter hemorrhage+tablet of command combo.

anyone really, as long as the other team has stuns or ur a ganker/chaser.

imo it's still pretty situational (less than nymph's ult that's for sure)

It's somewhat situational. It kinda counters some heroes and does help heroes without escape mechanism to survive, but it's situational at most.
Pharaoh caught u in his mummies? Tablet out :P ?

Decent escape mechanism with stats. A good choice for any support hero.

It's nice for any number of heroes with ranged disables or stuns.

It's useable on Blacksmith, Demented Shaman, Pyro... heck even Deadwood could put it to use. It's not optimal but if you are having trouble initiating, it's always fun to pull a hero out of the flock or push yourself up a cliff. Granted, Portal Key is better 90% of the time...

It's mostly a gimmick item unless the other team has a Succubus, Tempest, Magmus.

Very useful as panda for intiating on people to give your flick that extra range needed.

It's good to compare it to a blink, it has less range but gives stats.

Hmm is there a quick shortcut to target yourself? Like I want to push myself away so I prompt the tablet with alt+q then "blank" to make it auto target myself instead of clicking. Or do I have to click? I'm still very new and getting use to the items and keys, thx in advance.

It's mostly for countering channeled or casted ability, outside of that it's pretty gimmicky. I'd steer clear from it until you start to understand the game and item counters, because it's difficult to find a good use for it.

Hardly, if they're running out of your field, chances are they'll be facing away from it.

I often build it on Accursed after boots and Nome's Wisdom.
He's a support hero, doesn't have any ways of breaking channels and it provides a great escape for you or your team.

It's specificly great against Pharaoh to let you or team mates get out of the Wall of Mummies.

It's also decent against Chronosphere, but the field's often too big to let you push anything out of it.

Catching people leaving is pretty improbable, getting that arachna shooting you from outside though it not!

I like tablet of command but not exactly core item on any hero. That said, any support/ganker hero can use it, it's a great int/stat booster :)

I personally use it on plenty of heroes. Yea, people laugh, yea, sometimes it backfires, but most of the time it's awesome. (For me) it's good on Deadwood, Kraken, Torturer, Chronos, etc. It's nice for moving people inside some of your AoE spells, and believe it or not, it's very helpful. But you know, you can also use it on heroes like Engineer to get people inside your Energy Field, or Behemoth for pulling people into your ulti.

or pull enemies that are JUST out side of your chronofield sniping you in :P

I get it on alot of heroes.

Its easy escape via jumping cliffs as well as escaping things like deadwood root/tree root. score kills sometimes if you need that little umph and A+ when they face you camping outside your tower and you push them to your team ;P

I get it on Blacksmith usually. Good stats, very useful on him. Plus, I'm normally Blacksmith and the other team has FA. Tablet out of arrows is teh lulz.

It's a great, cheap INT booster for :elec:

With regards to the engineer point, that will change with the next patch. They will be introducing vector targeting, meaning you can click on someone with tablet, and move your mouse in the direction you want to push them.

I'm pretty sure that's a lie, actually. Vector targetting is for Zephyr's new first skill.

It's useful for initiating if you have no initiator heros, because you can bump one of your heros closer to you.

This is not happening in 1.66. Only Zephyr's stun works this way.
